Do you have the house in Spain?
We have the clients waiting!

AlbiRent Rentals was established to specialise in property management and rental
services. It was recognised that there was a need for a more personalised and
professional property management and rental service covering the complete area
of the Costa Blanca in Spain.
What can I aspect with AlbiRent?
We have multi-lingual staff who can interface with reliable, cost effective tradesmen, local authorities, utility providers etc. to avoid any language translation issues. We also have local knowledge of leisure facilities such as restaurants, local attractions, hospitals, schools and many other facilities and amenities. Our pledge: AlbiRent constantly strive to give the best possible service to our clients (tenants and landlords), so we ensure staff are selected with the utmost care and are sufficiently skilled and experienced to complete their tasks efficiently and professionally. Our main aim is that you, the client, are happy in a long term relationship with us, so we strive, along with our staff, to consistently provide you with an impeccable service.
Are there any additional costs for putting my
house for rent?
AlbiRent charge the landlord, only once, a fee of 10% of the yearly rent for our services. For this fee we will make promotion for your home in national and international magazines and internet websites, will accompany the renter with the visit at your home, will check the documents regarding the tenant's income and identity, will make a legal rental agreement. As soon as we have the pictures and the information texts from your house, we are putting it on-line. We also benefit from a good, accurate and quick presentation from your house on our website www.albirent.com. Of course we only charge you a fee when we really have found a renter for your house and this renter has signed a rental agreement..
When do I get paid?
Normally between the first and the fifth day of every month. The renter will pay directly to your bank account in Spain.
Do the tenant also pay a deposit?
You trust the tenant concerning your property. Therefore the tenant must make sure you get your home back after the rental period, in the same state the tenant accepted it from you. That's why a tenant pay a deposit of one month rent, which they only get back after a detailed inspection of your home and when all the bills are paid correctly.
Shall my house be printed in a guide?
Preparing and printing an inflexible and expensive guide is absolutely not modern. We found out through our experience that active searching for renters on the internet, with internet promotion gives a higher profit. That's also what you are looking for.
